* info.json: apply friendly formatting
* rename LAYOUT_all to LAYOUT_75_ansi_blocker_split_bs
* add LAYOUT_75_ansi_blocker

* add LAYOUT_75_ansi_blocker_tsangan
* readme.md: update metadata section
- convert to list
- update maintainer username
