Add jones v.0.3 and v.0.3.1 keyboard (#11130)
* Update LEDの物理的接続とQMKのソフト的接続を調整し、左→アンダーグロー→右と繋がるようにした。
* Update レイヤーインジケータ関連変数を、#ifdefブロック内へ移動。
