Helix keyboard led test as a keymap (#2513)
* duplicate keyboards/helix/rev2/keymaps/default to keyboards/helix/rev2/keymaps/led_test
* OLED & RGB LED on
* duplicate quantum/rgblight.[ch] to keyboards/helix/rev2/keymaps/led_test
* rgblight.c modify for RGB test
