Port DIRECT_PINS from split_common/matrix.c to matrix.c (#5091)
* Port DIRECT_PINS from split_common/matrix.c to matrix.c
* Reorder matrix.c to remove foward declaration and match split_common/matrix.c
* Refactor nano to use DIRECT_PINS
